they said since the beggining of Destiny that this was the last in the SEED series, and seems like it’s true.

I’d kinda like a triology like beggining (SEED), life (Destiny) and End.

Of course Kira would most likely die in the end leaving Athrun with Lacus, his stolen fiancee, as cagalli, lunamaria hawk, meyrin hawk, Meer Campbell…

well anyway… Kira is the legendary hero in this series, he cant live in the end, because that would mean he would get old and useless, heroes die fighting, and Kira deserves a epic end like that, in Seed Destiny it doesn’t make much sense for kira to die, because the story feels nowhere as epic as original SEED.

In my point of view destiny would be like a side-story the real link between stories would be SEED and the last installment.

I also think they should do like 13 episodes of… Gundam Seed Fumoffu after Seed’s Destiny end.

But anway, it seems like in october 2006 we have a new gundam series, and it’s not Seed nor takes place in Cosmic Era :’(
I was hoping that they’d just fire Fukuda and get a new director in the somewhere in the middle of Tomino and Fukuda

Hahaha, unfortunately, this is Shinn’s show. Expect him to last until the very, very, very end of Gundam SEED Destiny… where he eventually turns into a vegetable because of Rey Za Burrel’s brainfrying pseudo-Newtype powers… just like poor Camille Vidan.

Time to pay the piper, Shinn! The Strike Freedom, Akatsuki and the Infinite Justice are a lot NEWER than your mobile suit! It’s time for your old Destiny Gundam to scram, wahahaha!

Seriously though, I’m guessing he’s gonna be getting upgrades… he’s already outshined again, like he’s always been in the majority of the episodes. Hail to the Double Destiny Gundam! DD Gundam! (Sounds iffy, but it works.)
