Two teens face child pornography charges:
Two teenage girls face child pornography charges after posting sexually explicit photographs of themselves on the Internet.
The pornographic pictures of Elizabeth Muller, 19, of North Smithfield, and an unidentified 16-year-old Lincoln girl were discovered on MySpace.com, a social networking Web site, said a spokesman for the attorney general’s office.
The photos of the two teenagers together were posted on each of their respective Web site accounts, spokesman Michael Healey said.
Oh, sweet irony.
Prosecutors charge Ryan Zylstra, 17, posted a picture of two teens having sex on his blog. The photo was taken at a New Year’s Eve party at Zylstra’s home.
Authorities said the boy in the picture is 17, while the girl is 16. According to prosecutors, the age of the girl makes the sexually explicit picture child pornography under the law.
Zylstra now faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the most serious charges, which are felonies.
See you again when you’re 37, kiddo.

That’s hilarious.
… wooooow. That is quite amusing.
It’s a conspiracy. They don’t want to lock child porn distributors behind bars, they want to lock away all the people in the kiddie porn age bracket!
The people in both cases can’t be tried as adults because of their ages though. So nut much can really happen.
lol what a joke, the people who are charging them of this are the ones needing help
i’ll charge you for postin nude plain text stories sire, better prepare for the consequences >->#
They deserved it for being idiots
They should be shot. That will teach them a lesson.
Haha, those stories always make me laugh.
Last year at my school some security guy was taking pictures of naked (and willing) 16 year olds from my school in his trailer. Dunno what happened to him, but it can’t be good. Those girls should be ashamed.
so if u have pics of your self (and ur under 18), thats consider cp?
Thats kinda of illogical to me, surely if they both consented to it it can’t be consdiered child porn.
Still, they are idiots.
I point and i laugh at them and their silly country.
No, if you have pictures of yourself as a child, that’s just a naked child event. Nothing to be concerned about. Just don’t put them on the interweb, especially not labeled as HAWT.
You all seem to think this is funny but think about the fact the the freedom of people is slowly being taken away. Admittedly they should not have posted the pics but they are pictures of themselves and no one is a victim in this case
No one is the victim? Sorry, but if anyone downloads those pictures and they’re later found by a S.W.A.T. then he’ll go to hell or jail. This is like setting up a time bomb and claiming the one who’s there at the “wrong” time is at fault.
Hmmmm. I see, Yes. I didn’t think about the after effects.
Wait. I have a few problems with this. Who’s “job” is it to go around looking for these postings? “Yeah, I look for kiddy porn on myspace for a living.” -_-
As well, is it really a crime if the victim is the same as the criminal? Can I steal from myself? Isn’t this flawed logic are something?
Shaun: I don’t think logic was anywhere in the vicinity when it was decided to file the charges in these cases.
The problem with the potential victims is in how child porn’s defined. I really have trouble thinking it’s really bad for someone to download these type of photos compared to the stuff where kids were really abused/etc. But I’m sure it would be too hard to consider the circumstances of each case (when known) instead of just lumping them all together and ruining people’s lifes. That’s American Justice for you.
I don’t really agree with child porn, but if a person takes their own picture and posts it on the web then thats them.People should be able to post what they want and not have to worry about getting into trouble!
