    The odds for problems from babies due to incest can be ruled out with simple blood tests.

    Genetic problems from incest stem from… genes. Genetic diseases tend to be from recessive alleles (which get weeded out and replaced by dominant alleles during pairings, throughout generations), and it’s rare that you and another random person will have recessive, bad alleles in just the right place to combine to form a genetic disease. On the other hand, if it runs in your family, and you do your sister… there’s a good chance she has a lot of the same genes that you do (including the recessive ones).

    Yeah, but it could be ruled out with condoms, too. I wouldn’t advocate that siblings have children, that’s irresponsible at best. But just sex? I have to say that if it’s between two consenting, mature individuals… who cares? The main problems with incest stem from either biological (which can be avoided) or from creating a hostile environment. But I think there’s a big difference between Uncle Chester molesting little Mary and two teenagers messing around.

    Really, where’s the harm? Maybe I just don’t place as much on sex as some do.

    As I’ve said on my site, Only in anime, becuase it’s not real. It doesn’t really do anything for me, and even if my sister dresses like a slut sometimes, i’ve never even considered it.
