   MOMO did’nt exactly leave much of an impression on me(well, apart from the Magical Girl thing she pulled in one of the episodes, and a video of her fooling around in the game).

   Shiori gets my vote for the ;___; factor.

    Still, Shiori is a great character. Supar awesome, if you will. So since Ayu and Makoto aren’t in to represent the real Kanon lolis (well, older loli I guess, no Kanon girl is truly loli), I’ll give Shiori my support.

    MOMO from the the game is the same character as MOMO from the anime. No one complained about this when the girls from Disgaea were up. Besides if this is cheating then abq is cheating too because there are only supposed to lolis from 2005-06 series but he slipped in Sakura and Tomoyo from Card Captor Sakura because they (kinda, sorta maybe,) appear in CLAMPdom Hearts Tsubasa Chronicle.

    Didn’t check for Disgaea, but there should be a guideline for this really. Because in most cases, the artwork for games and anime are totally different. A review would be helpful, otherwise this would just become a fanboy voting spree.

    And what kinda of rules to you want for the art. Only screencaps from the show, official pictures from magazines, ads, etc. How about fan art or doujins? There are often differences in animation quality between and within a given series. One screencap may be horribly off model and fugly while another could be perfect and look better than anything else in the series. How will you judge a random picture off of danbooru if you don’t know where it came from. After you’ve created these arbitrary rules who is going to enforce them. abq doesn’t have the time. Besides, in all the posts he gave us explicit permission to be fanboys.

    I love the girls from Kanon… unfortunately, as anon has stated before, Ayu and Mokoto aren’t here (something of which I’m very sad about), Shiori gets my vote!

    I definitely support Shiori.

    I was the one who nominated her in the first place, after all.

    I don’t see where people are coming from, Shiori isn’t a loli. It might be KyoAni’s moe-blob art style and Shiori’s general proportions playing tricks on me, but as far as I’m concerned, she’s loli. Ayu’s more loli, but I love Shiori enough to have nominated her over Ayu. Though, I expected someone else would’ve picked up the slack for me, on the Ayu part. :/

    Makoto though. I wouldn’t say she’s loli, but I carry a lot of aesthetic bias for what’s a loli or not. Really, I consider Makoto just plain too big to be a loli. >_>
    Her height and proportions look comparible to Yuuichi’s, and despite the personality, she’s better endowed than most of the girls. Shiori on the otherhand, I don’t know, but she’s always struck me as quite a bit shorter than Yuuichi, that with the short hair kind of spurred some baseless like for her. The latest episodes made me

    That’s becauase Barasuishou is just a copy of the true 7th doll, Kirakishou…desu

    Besides, since the concept of loli conveys cuteness (kawaii) and not angst (emo) very much, this is why Suiseiseki would be a more appropiate choice for this match..desu
    … Even tough, a battle between Suiseiseki and Suigintou would be like the golden days of Gamefaq’s Luigi vs. Cloud.desu.

    My thoughts exactly. We all know the Rozen dolls are missing some crucial pieces of anatomy. I think we can safely assume that like Data, MOMO is built according to Soongian principles and therefore, fully functional.

    Who’s to decide on what’s loli for me, though? Anyhow, I’m just basing my decision on the new animu, since I have no access to the game.

    Loli enough for me is loli enough for me. Which is why I voted for Shiori. I’m disappointed she didn’t win, but I’m glad that she at least gave MOMO a run for her money, for a while. I like MOMO too, so it’s all good.
