Well, been watching AIR lately (finally had the nerve to try and finish it) and I had to seriously reassess Misuzu’s loli status in my head. I remember somebody posting about the variety of different loli archetypes in this battle and I think I finally get what they mean.
Misuzu is simply so innocent and childlike that, despite her body, she could be granted loli status. I mean, she makes dinousaur sounds. She makes picture diaries.
So, despite the fact that I’m going to be flamed intensely for this, I’m voting Misuzu. It would be easier to just say ” Misuzu for the win” instead of going through the reasons, but it’s much too fun to talk with people in this blog, I can’t avoid it(AC having a family moment with the creepy lolicon readership. Internet is serious business, LOL).
I placed my vote for Imouto, because I like her more as a character than Misuzu (maybe because I’ve been reading the SHnY books recently, and haven’t watched Air in awhile). Although she doesn’t have much screen time in the show, she’s just so adorable and cute in the little bit she has.
I can see Misuzu beating Imouto though, and I never expected to see Imouto win, but she gets my vote at least.

I have to say i like both characters and will not be upset due to who wins. I’ve voted for each in their battles up to now, but my vote’s going to Misuzu. The whole main character vs 2 minutes of total screen time thing is the desiding bit. oh well.

Can’t choose a favourite on normal grounds, but picked Imouto, to make up for having to vote against Yuki on a ‘not actually a loli’ basis. At least we can get MOSH’s proper loli through. Though Misuzu has got to count as one too, given that her child-like behaviour is actually important in AIR.
If anything, AIR is possibly a little too serious for success in this contest. Misuzu may be a great character, but putting her in a bag wouldn’t really work.

This is definitely a difficult battle. If Misuzu wins, we’ll calling her “meme killer”. (As of now it’s called “Rosa Mystica thief”) First “junk”, then “desu” and, if she win, “loli in a bag”. Also, we’ll be risking the end of the world because no SHnY character will be on the contest anymore.
By the other side, if Imouto wins, we’ll see a one green, one red eyed demon’s hands behind her victory. The good thing is, Imouto will stop that Ilya from winning (and she is indeed the IM slayer)

What your saying is something akin to “You’re not allowed to tell your friends about this contest!” Obviously there are people who come to this site everyday that have never been here before, and just because they came through koChan’s (not 4chan or not4chan, you should get your information right) recommandation doesn’t mean they are exempt from voting. The first round of Saimoe had ~1000 votes, 1/8th finals ~2000, final ~4500. It’s natural.
