This was the one choice I didn’t want to have to make. I love them both. Hazuki, though not my first loli, was the one that introduced me to anime as it was meant to be seen (fansubbed :P). And Nanoha showed me just how a real henshin sequence was supposed to be.

Both have kicked ass while being cute. You can’t help but adore them both.

Sadly, I will have to make my decision and cast my vote. I just hope the other will forgive me.

Without a doubt, the most difficult vote of the entire tournament so far. And there is no potential combination of characters in the matches ahead that would create such conflict in me, except MAYBE Fate vs. Nanoha.

I would have to go for Hazuki as I like her more than Nanoha. Some points about Nanoha A’s has been brought up and I think support my view. They do end up getting a bit older near the end and fall out of the loli category. Certainly awesome are both Fate and Nanoha, but if A’s is the source, then I would think that in a loli contest, they should be given a penalty for growing up.

Hazuki, being a vampire like Evangeline will age either slowly over many hundreds of years, or not at all - depending on how they work such things in that universe. Either way, her loli goodness is assured for all our lifetimes and is the clear winner in a battle of loliness.

Yeeesh, too close. Is it just me or was all the negativity (at least the ones that always started the flaming) coming from Hazuki’s voters? Since some folks tend to vote AGAINST the flamers sides, and flaming never gains votes, it’s a pity that some of my fellow Hazuki voters used such a self-defeating tactic. Sooo close.

Being more “recent”, Nanoha is fresher in people’s minds, her next season is coming soon and her fanbase is ever growing. I, myself, only bothered to sit through the two first seasons the last summer while I knew about its existance since like fall 2005.
And when I finally got to watch it, I understood why Nanoha appealed to people.

My bottomline is, I am smiling, on the verge of a seizure of laughter, at how people are reacting at the results. Chill guys! It is just a poll for the lol, and Nanoha is just as a deserving loli as Hazuki.

That something is made for fun and doesn’t have any weighty stake doesn’t mean we shouldn’t do it with a measure of seriousness. All the people searching everywhere for promotional material are being serious about supporting their favorite character, and they’re DOING IT RIGHT. And so is abq, who took upon himself to organize this thing and have it run smoothly.

Then some /b/tards come up and explain that this is all just for lulz and that nobody cares either way, and laugh at those who do care nonetheless. “Serious fucking business,” huh? Well, it may be a trifling matter to you. That doesn’t mean it’s insignificant to everyone else.

I agree with you 99%, though the 1% does require emphasis. seriousness and just outright flame comments, are two entirely different things. People need not blame the winner for having won by proxy’s every freaking match. Its rediculous and downright annoying. Comments such as “You fail”, or “ZOMG, proxy’s pwned!”, or even “sigh, this contest is flawed!”, and the worse of them all “Shes not loli!(how the hell is Nanoha/Fate not being loli even brought into speculation?) are pointless, and illogial. Supporting your favorite character is perfectly fine, but flaming Nanoha’s fanbase for being incompetent, is just plain silly. Grow up. Please?
