   Would be logical to assume it as a draw. Crocodiles propeller would get caught in the jaws massive wings, which would inevitably break the propeller, and slice through the sharks wings, sending both of them spiraling down to their doom.

   Looks as if I cant vote on this one; unfortunately.

   A difficult if odd choice. This certainly takes mecha-musume to a new and disturbing level.

   Both combatants are cold-blooded ambush preadators so the fight will be short and decisive. No mongoose vs. cobra effect here. Taking a closer look at the manner in which they hunt will determine the outcome. Crocs kill their prey by dragging it underwater and drowning it. It’s quite impossible to drown a shark and since croc jaws aren’t designed for much other than grabbing and holding on, it will be quite helpless. Sharks on the other hand hunt large prey by taking one giant bite out of it and waiting for it to bleed to death. One quick bite and the croc will crash into the sea hemorrhaging blood, motor oil, and high octane aviation fuel. The shark will soon discover that not unlike surfboards, mecha-crocs don’t taste very good and be on its way. Over the next several months there will be an enormous increase in general aviation accidents as soon to be institutionalized pilots tell fantastic stories of being attacked in mid-air by a giant plane eating shark.

    I’m going to have to go with the crocodile because the Shark would suffocate if out of water while the Crocodile is at least capable of holding its breath underwater for x period of time. This makes the crocodile a dual environment fighter.

    Don’t ask me how long it can hold its breath, I’m not a doctor.

    Crocodile with propellers.

    It wasn’t easy at first, but then I remembered something. The crocodile is a reptile, whereas the shark is not. The shark, out of water, will quickly lose oxygen. It will become increasingly difficult for it to support its ability to flap those wings, whereas the crocodile can fly for a while both not needing the water as the shark does, and using technology to fly rather than its body. The crocodile therefore gets a huge stamina advantage. The crocodile can simply taunt and humiliate the shark until it comes time to make the kill.

    Crocodile wins.

    I enjoy overanalyzing thigs but I think you’re going just as far by assuming they’d be like, “wtf1?!,” when they found their new limbs and would just fall out of the sky. With these kind of crazy what-ifs you have to at least assume its possible, otherwise its pretty boring. Also shark skin really is crazy-sharp if you rub it in the wrong direction. You’ll cut you hand wide open. More sensitive areas would not fare nearly as well…

    If it was an open question, crocodile would win in a heartbeat. However abq had to ask who would win in a dogfight.

    I am forced to conclude that a crocodile with a mere propeller cannot fly, unlike a winged shark who has had a fair running start. Even with no guns, one good pass by the shark, with so much front-loaded damage and abrasive scales, would skin the crocodile alive.
