You may think of Nanoha as the best loli of Nanoha a’s, but you have to remember. Shes far from it, when you compare popularity. Even with Nanoha’s smack-down, something similar to that wopuld have happened in an Nanoha/Fate final. I still say she has a 50/50 chance of beating Shana, though its most definately going to be the toughest match she has this entire battle.

I don’t really see what Imouto has to offer in comparison. All talk of gimmicks and bags and magical girls aside, I find Fate to be the cuter and more interesting character of the two. I think Imouto’s cute and all, but not cute enough to win this. If she does, there were/are probably other factors involved. (Revenge voting, proxies, anti-MSLN voters, you name it…)

Now, there’s a apparently unsolvable dilemma:
- Appease the tsundere goddess (No, not Shana. I know she is tsundere, she is by Itou and she is waiting for this battle’s winner, but at most she is a Flaming Haze. No, I’m talking Haruhi), give +1 for the Loli in a bag (Who defeated the Desu slayer) and definitely kill all Nanoha-ism (the series), or

About Fate being overrated: Okay, so on one hand, we’ve got a female main character of a 2-season series. This is going up against a girl with no name, who’s greatest claim to fame is that she hid in some guy’s duffle bag.
…yeah, I think I hear a pot yelling at a kettle.
But in any case, there’s another reason that I personally voted for Fate. Imouto, as cute as she may be, never made me want to watch SHnY; it was the other characters that did that. If any character from that series deserved to be in the finals, it would have been Yuki; she’s about a thousand times better looking and more interesting than Imouto is, in my opinion.
In comparison, seeing images of Fate (and Nanoha) got me interested in finding out more about them. That led me to watching both seasons of MSLN, and I don’t regret the time spend one bit. I know they’ve gotten older in Strikers, but I like them enough as characters to watch it anyway. (Besides, there’s still Vita-chan!)
Again, I feel like Fate just offers more than Imouto does. Sure, there are others that didn’t make it this far who could have beaten her, but there’s many more that I would have voted for before Imouto, had they faced her along the way. I don’t dislike her, I just don’t like her that much in comparison to those with better looks or actual character development. I would rather see Fate eliminated by someone else and that girl win - whether it was Shana, Hazuki, or Yuki - rather than having Imouto take it all over someone like Misuzu. Like I said before, she’s cute, but not *that* cute.

I don’t like my favorite lolis age. Aging is part of RL (unfortunately), but I’d rather not see it in anime. Especially in a show like MGLN where thanks to magic they can do so many things that are impossible in RL. I’d prefer just anything to the epilogue they had in A’s & StrikerS. If they can’t/don’t want to tell more stories about loli Fate & Nanoha I’d prefer if they sent them in another world or killed them in a battle before they age.
Imouto is cute & innocent (at least as of now), Fate is made of soul & mind of the artists who betrayed the loliness. I don’t care if they just got tired of loli Nanoha & Fate or planned such a continuation from the beginning. I didn’t see Triangle Heart, but considering the title images at ann & anidb I wonder why the original creator & script writer (Masaki Tsuzuki) even bothered to make the heroines of the spinoff lolis.
Don’t get me wrong, I like some older characters too (I love Karin!) I just don’t like my fav. lolis to suddenly grow boobs :/

Yes, especially with all the boob pics of Fate posted above ^^; But I agree, most likely Fate will win anyway. Though she would probably lose if only loli fans would vote (I’m sure many of the voters don’t like loli at all, and the more popular Loli Battle becomes the more such people will participate, unfortunately you can’t do anything about it… a loli battle @ Renchan would be more appropriate, especially if the participation was limited to Registered+ & other advanced groups’ members)
