Court Finds Model Innocent Based on Breast Size
Serena Kozakura, a Japanese pin-up model, has probably had her way numerous times based on the size of her breasts, but this has to be the first time they have ever helped her overturn a court ruling.
Serena, 38 years old, was charged and found guilty of breaking into a man’s apartment by kicking in a hole in his door and crawling through because he was with another woman.
The bikini model was cleared of all charges after the defense council help up a plate showing the size of the hole that Serena was accused of kicking in. It was clear that the hole in the door was not large enough for the 44-inch bust model to squeeze through.
Turnabout breasts
Capcom should take notice of this. A case like this would be perfect in the next Ace Attorney game. You find a men’s magazine during the investigation. The magazine lists your client’s three sizes. You present the magazine as evidence to the court because it contradicts the hole in the door.
With some luck and bluff, you reveal that the true killer is the mistress. It’s eventually revealed that the mistress isn’t a mistress. She is the victim’s elder sister who was put up for adoption as a baby. She was the one who kicked in a hole in the door when she left the murder scene. Why didn’t she use the door handle? Because the lock mechanism got jammed when your client tried and failed to open the door by force.
Thoughts about Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice
While I’m at it, I might as well talk about the new Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice. I’d say that the quality of the cases overall was more consistent than in previous games. I still think the previous games are better, though, because almost all cases in Apollo Justice ends with a huge anti-climax.
Presenting the final, decisive evidence while the guy on the stand comes up with more and more contrived excuses used to be the best part of the games. You never really get to put the final nail in the culprit’s coffin in Apollo Justice.
Some other minor complaints I have are the lack of tension between Apollo and the prosecutor, a weak supervillain and the absence of motive for Shadi Smith to try and screw Phoenix Wright over.
