Whats next, drive by stabbings? Having permits for carrying sharp keys? But hey when you have the worlds number one currency and relatively dull political scene (compared to Bush and his 'moral' and 'outstanding' body politic) You can sit back and imagine up nonsensical problems that you can magically fix (despite not being broken in the first place).
