    Voted Nana not because I have ever seen the series (I haven’t.) but just because of the use of Gustav Klimpt’s style. The other young lady can shoot me but I have to go with my taste in art.
    But anon, wildarmsheero was right. Never be impolite to a loli because the other one with arms might use them on you. And the rest of us will swear you took a notion to play Russian Roulette with clip loading automatics…

    @Anonymous 21: Possibly Nana isn’t loli, no. But though she has the body of a 12-14 year old, she’s actually only 7-ish since Silpelit develop physically more quickly than humans.

    She’s loli on the inside, adorable, and kind, and gets my vote.

    @elscire: I calculated numbers based on the Elfen Lied timeline and the ages of various characters. The Silpelits-age-faster theory doesn’t add up.

    @Chicho: Lucy was captured about 7-8 years before the start of the actual story. That was when she swore to take revenge on Kurama. Kurama responded, “Both my wife and daughter are dead”. This means Mariko was already born. During the actual story, Mariko seems about 10. With your statement, it would mean Mariko would look 15. She clearly doesn’t, but I agree with the fact that Silpelits can’t reproduce “the old-fashioned way”.
