If u havn’t seen Popotan, torrent it and watch it at your leisure - gentle, simple heartfelt story with three magical sisters who believe fanservice is love. There are torrents out there that include a nipple counter - IMHO shows that get nipple counters are so much better than shows that get panty counters.

And yes, Unagi’s get counted quite a bit. Since Rei’s nipples only get counted in dojinshi, gotta give Unagi the victory in this match-up.

Everyone KNOWS that Wiki is the end-all-and-be-all of human knowledge. Can’t be wrong.

I’ve read “Lolita” - she was 12 (near 13) - Looked Older too. Sexy, and developed - made the main guy question everything about “when” and “how old” is right. Only lately ave Pre-Teens been included as “loli”, so VOTE for ANYONE in this contest - they are All LOLI!

Rei is integral to the story, through her he learns to accept his father, then to Love another, and to love himself. Coming of age story for both characters!

(ps: Unagi only shows up in Human-ish form at end-of-show clips, not even a real character in the show…)

I voted for Rei simply because of her voice actors, Megumi Hayashibara (who voices for Anna (Shaman King) who is a loli, a harsh loli personal trainer at that :)) and Amanda Winn Lee (who voices for Etna (Disgaea) who is also a loli, demon loli FTW).
