Loss of interest in wacky jappy animu, a general laziness and a rather exhausting summer job have kept me from updating this site as often as I should.

I am aware that Skygirls and Moetan among other series are relevant to my interests. I just have to find time and the will to actually sit down and watch them. You see, despite rumors of me being some kind of higher being I am merely a human being. Kinda like Raptor Jesus.

Time and energy aren’t the only things I lack nowaday. Direction is another thing. So, what do you want to see more of here?

I’m speechless. I’m sure you remember that I asked for some help with my hosting bill a couple of days ago. The goal was $120 and to be honest I didn’t expect to get more than maybe $30-$40.

I stayed up a few hours after posting the initial entry and was pleasantly surprised to see that I had already gotten more than $30. Not bad. Not bad at all, right? Turned out it could be much better.

I was shocked when I woke up and saw the balance of my account. I had received $166 (PayPal’s asshole fees not yet subtracted) in donations! In less than 12 hours nonetheless! Amazing. What is left after this year’s bill will of course go to next year’s.

Some donated more than others but I’m equally grateful to everyone. Even though a distinguishable sum came from one kind benefactor, I’m sure everyone contributed according to their abilities. And after all, it’s the thought that counts, not the amount. Baby Jesus would be proud.

Thanks to Ashura, InfinityB, Twilight1 and last, but not least, the Borg-esque collective known as Anonymous. Those who wanted to help but for one or another reason couldn’t also have my gratitude. If this site and its debauchery last for a thousand years, men will still say, “This was their finest hour.”

If you want this site to continue for another year, please donate a buck or two (preferably a little bit more because PayPal charges asshole fees). In case I decide not to renew the hosting plan, I will refund all donations. The refunds will be out of my own pocket because the donations go directly to DreamHost via PayPal. When it comes to money, I’m a man of my word.

Since the money won’t go to my own PayPal account and therefore I can’t take the money and run away to a paradise island and live the good life with loli servants, all you have to do is to contribute over 50% of the cost. If you do that it would make no sense for me not to continue.

Please Loli Santa Pleinair, let me keep my blog for at least another year.

Finally! After a long night of trial and error, my new theme is almost finished. When I wake up, I’m going to mess around with the font and some other minor things. But right now I need some sleep.
